Yental Coutlee

Hello! My name is Yental, and I am a Title and Rights Analyst at the Title and Rights Stewardship Department of Scw'exmx Tribal Council (STC). With years of administrative experience in the construction industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role.

As a Title and Rights Analyst, I am responsible for providing analysis of adverse title and right impacts for proposed projects submitted by Governments and Industry. I play a crucial role in maintaining the critical communications link between member STC Bands, Government to Government leadership tables, First Nation communities, and Industry.

I am from the Nlaka’pamux community of Lower Nicola/Nicomen, and I am deeply connected to my ancestral land and heritage. Outside of the office, you'll often find me spending time with my daughter, exploring the outdoors with our horses.

With my dedication and expertise, I am committed to upholding the Title and Rights of my community and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders for the betterment of all.
